The youngest GPU in the friendly Fermi family was announced - GeForce GT 430. The characteristics of the video card are as follows: the chip uses 96 stream processors at frequencies set by the manufacturer at 700 and 1400 MHz for the core and shader domain.
NVIDIA has expanded its range of graphics adapters with a “stripped-down” version of the GeForce GTX 460 model based on the GF40 chip manufactured using 104 nm technology with the advanced Fermi architecture.
The GeForce GTS 450 video adapter is based on the GF106 chip, has 192 stream processors, a 128-bit memory bus, 1 GB of GDDR5 video memory and nominal frequencies of 783/1566/3600 MHz.
The video card is equipped with 352 CUDA cores – a little more than two-thirds of the computing resources of the chip. Already from these characteristics you can guess what kind of performance the GeForce GTX 465 will have.
Due to problems with the release of suitable crystals, the new Nvidia flagship and its “assistant” in the form of the GTX 470 use cut-down versions of the processor.
