| IMPROVEMENTS IN GAME VERSION 4.0 |
Патч 4.02 для игры «Ведьмак 3: Дикая Охота» уже доступен. Кроме исправления ошибок, он повышает общую стабильность и производительность игры.

PC CHANGES
- Улучшено использование ядер процессора в версии DX 12.
- Восстановлено рассеянное затенение HBAO. Игрокам, отключившим рассеянное затенение, нужно включить его снова. Этот параметр можно изменить в меню «Настройки» → «Видео» → «Графика».
- Исправлена ошибка, из-за которой отсутствовал перевод раздела «Мои награды» в REDlauncher.
- Исправлена ошибка, из-за которой пейзажи в Туссенте мерцали при выключенном параметре NVIDIA HairWorks.
- Исправлена ошибка, связанная с оптимизацией частиц, из-за которой возникали кратковременные задержки кадра.
GRAPHICS CHANGES
- Добавлены отражения с трассировкой лучей и рефракция для отражений в экранном пространстве — вода теперь выглядит более естественно.
- Исправлена ошибка, связанная с текстурами кирпича, из-за которой на каменных сводах выступали чёрные артефакты.
- Добавлен ползунок размытия при движении. Этот параметр можно найти в меню «Настройки» → «Видео» → «Графика».
CHANGES TO MISSIONS AND GAMEPLAY
- Исправлена ошибка, из-за которой в задании «Подготовка к битве» отсутствовала опция диалога, позволяющая обновить цель «Сообщить Аваллак'ху, что всё готово».
- Исправлена ошибка, из-за которой дверь склада в задании «Дела государственной важности» больше не открывалась, если игрок стучал, входил и сразу же выходил из здания.
- Исправлена ошибка, из-за которой задание «Ведьмачьи древности: улучшения Школы Кота I» оставалось активным даже после получения улучшений.
- Исправлена ошибка, из-за которой при попытке начать «Новую игру+» с несовместимого сохранения игрок не мог запустить дополнения в отдельном сюжетном режиме, пока не перезапустит игру.
ИСПРАВЛЕНИЯ ЛОКАЛИЗАЦИИ
- Исправлена ошибка в описаниях карт для гвинта «Цири» и «Геральт» на корейском языке.
- Исправлены пунктуационные ошибки в арабском переводе.
- Обновлен шрифт, который используется в традиционной китайской локализации.

Our video cards were tested at different screen sizes of 1920x1080, 2560x1440 and 3840x2160 at maximum graphics quality settings.

In the video card test, the default resolution is 1920x1080; other resolutions are added and removed manually. You can also remove and add any positions of video cards. You can also select any of our test processors from the list in the drop-down menu, comparing its performance with the given video card tests (by default, the most productive solution is selected). The test is carried out on the most powerful CPU in this game and is scaled to other processors, taking into account their testing on NVIDIA and AMD video cards.

Testing of video memory consumed by the game was carried out by the program MSI Afterburner. The indicator was based on the results on video cards from AMD and NVIDIA with separate screen sizes 1920x1080, 2560x1440 and 3840x2160 with various anti-aliasing settings. By default, the graph displays the most current solutions. Other video cards are added and removed from the chart at the request of the reader.

The test was carried out on the basic configuration of Core i 9 13900K with 32 GB DDR5 6400 MHz pre-installed memory. All used RAM was taken as an indicator. The RAM test for the entire system was carried out on various video cards without launching third-party applications (browsers, etc.). In the graphics, you can add and remove any resolutions and video cards as desired.

Как мы видим, патч 4.02 для игры The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt в плане производительности принес незначительные изменения. В большей мере это касается увеличения производительности процессоров, который дал прирост в районе 10-15%. Некоторые видеокарты прибавили в FPS, а некоторые потеряли.
В целом, если вы ждёте чудес по улучшению оптимизации с этим патчем, то их нет- производительность RT обновления The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt до сих пор оставляет желать лучшего...
