Radeon R9 270

The model name fully corresponds to the new naming system for AMD video cards. The names of the Radeon R9 270 and 270X models differ only in the additional “X” symbol in the name of the older model. In the previous family, this difference was designated by the numbers xx50 and xx70, which was somewhat more logical and understandable. But we have almost gotten used to the new system, especially since “extreme” indexes are now loved not only by AMD.
The Radeon R9 270 model occupies a position in the lower middle of the new line and is very close to the Radeon HD 7870 model known from the previous line. The new product does have differences from last year's board, they consist of a slightly lower clock frequency GPU, but the difference is not too big.
