Valve is preparing to release a new version of its portable console Steam Deck, the launch of which is scheduled for November 26 2026 yearsAccording to a fresh leak, the device will receive noticeable improvements in both performance and screen quality.
Steam Deck 2 will feature a 1600×900 OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and VRR supportand new next-generation AMD Ryzen processor, focused on power efficiency and gaming performance. The console will be about 10% slower than ROG Ally Z2 Extreme, which still makes it a powerful solution in the portable gaming market.
The price of the new product will be $649,99, and the official release date has already been set - late November 2026. The leak suggests that Valve is focusing on an OLED matrix, improved performance, and maintaining the proprietary SteamOS.
