AMD has officially released Radeon RX 9060 XT graphics card, aimed at the mass segment of gamers. The model is presented in two versions: with 8GB of video memory for $299 и with 16 GB for $349, making it a direct competitor to NVIDIA's RTX 5060 and 5060 Ti. The card is based on RDNA 4 architecture and the Navi 44 graphics processor, which includes 32 computing units (2048 cores), 32 RT accelerators and 64 AI accelerators.

RX 9060 XT works with GDDR6 memory at 20 Gbps, the bus is 128 bits, and the consumption is from 150 to 182 W depending on the memory capacity. The card is connected via the PCIe 5.0 interface and supports modern DisplayPort 2.1a and HDMI 2.1b standards. Boost frequency can reach 3.13 GHz, and for factory overclocked models - up to 3.3 GHz.

In terms of performance, the RX 9060 XT 16GB is ahead GeForce RTX 5060 Ti 16GB by 6%, and the 8GB version is faster RTX 5060 8GB by 9% in 1080p resolution. Compared to the RX 7600, the increase is up to 55% on average across 35 games. The card is positioned as the optimal solution for gaming in 1080p and 1440p.

RX 9060 XT fully supports FSR 4 technology, which in its current version covers over 60 games and delivers up to 3.4x FPS gains through upscaling and AI-powered frame generation. Support for future features including Neural Radiance Caching and ML Ray Regeneration is also confirmed, coming in the second half of 2025.

AMD emphasizes that the RX 9060 XT offers best performance per dollar: 15% higher compared to RTX 5060 Ti in the same class. This makes the new product one of the most attractive solutions on the market in terms of price/quality ratio.
