NVIDIA RTX 50 Shortage: PC Builders Complain of High Prices, Lack of Supplies

Video Cards NVIDIA RTX 50, Especially older models, turned out to be practically unavailable on the market. According to integrators such as PowerGPU, the deficit reached critical level, and distributors demand for GeForce RTX 5090 from $3 to $050, even for basic versions without top cooling.

CEO of PowerGPU Jesse Martinez stated that the companies have to overpayBecause official supply channels simply can't cope with the deficit. This has led to a surge in prices from resellers and made it difficult for even major PC builders to get the cards.

🔹 RTX 5090 Shortage persists from launch
🔹 Distributors are raising prices – integrators are forced to buy at speculative prices
🔹 NVIDIA promises to increase shipments, but it will take time
🔹 The company's focus has shifted to the release of the RTX 5060

While NVIDIA says it is working on increasing supplies, accessibility issues RTX 5090 and RTX 5080 remain. Even large integrators cannot provide customers with top cards at normal prices, which makes them "out of reach" for regular shoppers.
