Gigabyte introduced AORUS Stealth on X870 and B850 chipsets
Company Gigabyte formally introduced two AORUS Stealth motherboards new generation - on chipsets AMD X870 and B850, designed for Ryzen 9000 processors. Both models are made in an almost identical design with an emphasis on hidden cabling, which improves the aesthetics of the build. However, the lack of news about these models for several months has already managed to cool the interest of enthusiasts, especially since the B850 Stealth is expensive for its category.
Despite the similar appearance, the X870 board offers enhanced power subsystem: 16+2+2 phases versus 14+2+2 in B850, as well as support USB4, which the younger model does not have. Both variants are equipped with four DDR5 slots with overclocking up to DDR5-8200 via AMD EXPO and support Dual PCIe 5.0 x16 slots for video cards. For storage devices, there is a four M.2, some of which operate at PCIe 5.0 x4 speed.
Gigabyte also showed new case C500 Panoramic Stealth Ice, matching the boards by design. Full pricing and release date are expected on Computex 2025, but it's already clear: the AORUS Stealth series is aimed at builds with an emphasis on appearance and hidden wiring - but at a higher price, especially in the case of the B850.
