New SoC from NVIDIA will be based on TSMC's second generation 3nm process, similar to Apple's M4 processor, and will use TSMC's CoWoS packaging. It will include kernels Cortex X5 BlackHawk and graphics cores Blackwell RTX, as well as memory LPDDR5(T), built into the package.
