AMD has detailed its entire line of Ryzen Z2 processors, which are designed for gaming consoles Windows, including ROG Ally and Legion Go. There are five models in total with different combinations CPU, GPU and TDP:

Ryzen AI Z2 Extreme

• Bark GPU: 16 (RDNA 3.5)

• Kernels CPU: 8 cores / 16 threads (Zen 5)

• Memory: LPDDR5X-8000

• TDP: 15-35 W

• AI TOPS: 50

Ryzen Z2 Extreme

• Same as AI Z2 Extreme, but without AI module

Ryzen Z2

• GPU: 12 RDNA 3 cores

• CPU: 8th / 16th (Zen 4)

• LPDDR5X-7500

• TDP: 15-30 W

Ryzen Z2 Go (Lenovo Exclusive)

• GPU: 12 RDNA 2 cores

• CPU: 4th / 8th (Zen 3+)

• LPDDR5-6400

• TDP: 15-30 W

Ryzen Z2 A

• GPU: 8 RDNA 2 cores

• CPU: 4th / 8th (Zen 2)

• LPDDR5-6400

• TDP: 6-20 W

New Z2 AI Extreme and Z2 A are added in 2025 and are positioned as a flagship AI solution and energy-efficient chip for budget devices.
