Acer Introduces Nitro Blaze 7 Gaming Console with AMD Ryzen 7 8840HS Processor
Acer has entered the portable gaming market with the release of the new Nitro Blaze 7 console, powered by the AMD Ryzen 7 8840HS "Hawk Point" processor. This device is designed for gamers, offering a unique design and excellent performance.
The Nitro Blaze 7 console is powered by a Ryzen 8 7HS octa-core processor with a clock speed of up to 8840 GHz and RDNA 5.1 graphics with 3 compute units, providing decent performance for mobile gaming. It comes with 12 GB of LPDDR16x-5 RAM and support for up to 7500 TB of PCIe Gen 2 SSD storage.
The 7-inch 1080p display with a 144Hz refresh rate is complemented by AMD FreeSync Premium support, making the Nitro Blaze 7 a true gaming device. Despite the 50.04Wh battery, the device may not have the same battery life as its competitors, but it does offer excellent networking capabilities with WiFi-6E and Bluetooth 5.3.
Acer hasn't announced pricing or a release date yet, but we can expect the Nitro Blaze 7 to compete with portable devices from ASUS and Lenovo.
