Team Group Introduces T-Force Z54E SSD with Phison E28 Controller and Read Speeds Up to 14,900 MB/s

Company Team Group Announces Flagship SSD T-Force Z54E, using the interface PCIe 5.0 and Phison E28 controllerThe new product is available in 1 TB, 2 TB and 4 TB capacities and demonstrates Record-breaking sequential read speeds of up to 14,900 MB/s and write speeds of up to 14,000 MB/sThese figures make the drive one of the fastest solutions on the market for mass consumers.

The T-Force Z54E is based on Phison E28 controller, manufactured using TSMC's 6 nm process technology. It works in tandem with 232-layer 3D TLC NAND memory, which allows the device to achieve maximum throughput. Team Group emphasizes that to maintain stable performance, exclusive ultra-thin graphene radiator, preventing overheating even under difficult working conditions.

It is important to take into account that Actual SSD performance may vary depending on many factors., including platform, load type, and cooling. For example, it was previously reported that some processors, such as the Intel Core Ultra 200S, may limit the throughput of SSDs on PCIe 5.0. However, Team Group recommends using additional cooling, especially under high loads and in conditions of limited air flow.

The 2 and 4 TB versions boast maximum read/write speeds of 14.9/14 GB/s, while the entry-level 1 TB model's write speed is limited to 13.7 GB/s. This allows users to choose the optimal option based on their budget and performance requirements.
