The game Serious Sam HD - released to the masses on November 24, 2009
As it became known recently, the digital version of Serious Sam HD: The First Encounter is already available for pre-order through Steam. Once you make your purchase, you also get the chance to save a few dollars. The official release of the project will take place very soon - November 24, 2009.
Serious Sam HD is a giant step forward in terms of graphics. The project looks ten times better than the original game.
Serious Sam HD is a refreshed version of the rollicking and swashbuckling action game of 2001, recreated on the Serious Engine 3. Croteam added new screen resolutions, added newfangled visual effects, provided each enemy with an additional set of polygons and called its creation Serious Sam HD. Over the course of 12 levels, Sam will have to mow down legions of intergalactic enemies and smash the skulls of giant bosses. If you wish, you can share this fun with your friends - an online “co-op” for four (Xbox 360) and sixteen (PC) players is at your service.
