Gears 5 multiplayer technical test starts July 19
Take part in the technical testing of the online mode of the shooter Gears 5 for Xbox One and Windows 10, which starts this week. Players will be able to test their strength in three modes - Escalation, Arcade and King of the Hill, as well as hone their skills in the Training Camp and try to open three unique weapon skins and an exclusive banner by completing several additional tasks.
Testing will take place in two stages. The first one starts on July 19, at 20:00 Moscow time, and will be closed on July 22, at 20:00 Moscow time. The second will begin on July 26, at 19:00 Moscow time, and end on July 29, at 20:00 Moscow time. All players who pre-order the game from retail stores or Microsoft Store, as well as Xbox subscription holders Game Pass. The technical testing client will be available for pre-download on July 17th at 20:00 Moscow time.
Please note: An Xbox Live Gold subscription is required to play online matches during technical testing.
In addition, the developers of Gears 5 presented the system requirements for comfortable testing of the game on Windows 10.

Gears 5 launches September 10th exclusively for Xbox One and Windows 10, and will also be available as part of an Xbox subscription Game Pass. Xbox subscribers Game Pass Ultimate and those who pre-order Gears 5 Ultimate Edition will be able to access the game four days early, on September 6.
