Respawn Entertainment is working on the final game of the Star Wars Jedi trilogy
Respawn Entertainment has officially begun development on the final installment of the Star Wars Jedi trilogy. EA Entertainment and Technology President Laura Miele announced the news at a meeting with investors. The final game will be the culmination of the popular series, which has already been played by more than 40 million people worldwide, including the presence of games on subscription services.
Laura Miele emphasized that the success of the games in the Star Wars universe has brought the company more than five billion dollars. According to her, Respawn Entertainment "is working hard to bring players the final chapter of this exciting story." Despite the departure of Stig Asmussen, the head of development of the previous parts, in 2023 to create his own studio, Respawn continues to actively develop the franchise.
There is no release date for the new game yet, but fans can expect a grand conclusion to the trilogy that promises to live up to the spirit and high standards of the series.
