Patch 1.1.9.0 has been released for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024

Developers Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 released patch 1.1.9.0, aimed at improving stability, performance and fixing bugs.

One of the key pieces of advice for PC players is to remove outdated mods from the Community folder, as they may negatively influence on the stability and performance of the game. If you encounter long loading times or crashes, it is recommended to temporarily move all modifications to another folder before launching.

Main fixes in the update:

• Several issues have been fixed critical failures: when selecting "As Arrival" in EFB, when closing and opening the camera menu after changing Drone focus mode.
• Fixed an issue where the cursor would disappear when the Xbox Live sign-in window appeared.
• Aircraft selection can now be accessed via the control menu, but changing is only possible from the main page.
• Fixed an issue where the player could become stuck when accessing the menu from any help page.
• Fixed a bug with losing focus when creating a new input profile.

With these fixes, the developers aim to make the gameplay more stable and comfortable for both PC and consoles.
