New Silent Hill f Trailer Leaks Online - Tone and Protagonist Revealed
At Anime Expo 2025 Konami Shows New Silent Hill f Behind Closed Doors Trailer, but the video quickly surfaced online. While the leak isn't particularly high quality, it does offer a first look at the opening scene of the new Japanese chapter of the cult horror series.
Judging by the content of the video, this is cinematic intro created on the game engine, without gameplay inserts. Despite this, the scene sets the atmosphere and shows the main character named Hinako. The girl finds herself in the gloomy Ebisugaoka district, full of mysteries and monsters generated by an unknown infection. The visual style and presentation emphasize that Silent Hill f is not a sequel, but a complete reboot, inspired by Japanese folklore and psychological horror.
Previously shown scenes receive a logical continuation — Now the narrative is structured consistently, and viewers can better understand the character's backstory. Hinako must not only solve puzzles, but also fight for survival in a distorted reality where the line between sleep and nightmare disappears.
In addition to the plot, Konami's technical solution also sparked discussion: Silent Hill f release version will not have Denuvo DRM protection. This was confirmed on the Steam page. Thus, owners of the Deluxe Edition will have access to files without protection two days before the main release. This caused discontent among players who made a standard pre-order.
Silent Hill f will be released on September 25, 2025 on PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. Konami is expected to hold an official premiere of the trailer in high quality in the near future, as well as begin an active marketing campaign before the launch of the project.
