The embargo on reviews and livestreams for Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2 will be lifted on September 4 at 19:00 PM. This means PC players will have just 24 hours before the release to decide whether to buy the game.
The developers have already started sending codes for reviews to specialized media and popular content makers since the beginning of last week. To get a press copy, you need to fill out a special form, but the number of requests exceeds the team's capabilities, so it may take some time to process applications.
Regarding the late date of lifting the embargo, the Director of Media and Partner Relations Focus Entertainment, Nicholas Weil, noted that the developers want reviews and content to appear as close to the game's release as possible, which is a critical moment in its communication.
