GeForce RTX 3060 Ti - this is a new video card of the series GeForce RTX 30 on the base GA104, which should occupy a market segment costing less 400 USD.

This week NVIDIA finally released my video card GeForce RTX 3070 after almost two weeks delay from the original date. NVIDIA said that by pushing back the launch date by two weeks, motherboard partners, distributors and end users should achieve greater availability. Unfortunately, this did not happen, despite the noticeably increased stock, the cards were sold out very quickly.

Can GeForce RTX 3060 Ti suffer the same fate? At the moment we are not sure about this, but RTX 3060 Ti should look like RTX 3070.  3060 Ti is already rolling out to retailers and very soon to reviewers.

NVIDIA allegedly set the launch date for November 17, Tuesday. This date appears to be consistent with our mid-November statements made last month when we confirmed this SKU .

NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 Ti will have a GPU GA104-200 с 4864 nuclei CUDA (1024 core or 8 SM less than RTX 3070). Like RTX 3070, this model will have 8 GB Memory GDDR6 with clock frequency 14 Gbps. Tire width will remain 256 bit, which should provide throughput 448 GB / s.

PJ (UH editor) posted three screenshots: the result of a synthetic test from 3DMark Time Spy (performance preset) and two screenshots from Shadow of the Tomb Raider (with ray tracing enabled).

Alleged Radeon RX 6800 (not named or shown in the screenshot) is probably an engineering sample that is not even recognized by the driver (so it will probably say all anyway Radeon Graphics). It was paired with a relatively cheap 6-core and 6-thread processor AMD Ryzen 5 3500X.

According to new leaks, the GeForce RTX 3080 Ti will allegedly have 9984 CUDA cores, which is 1280 more cores than the GeForce RTX 3080. The tipster says that the GPU in this chip is likely to be a GA102-250.

Data Bank GPU-Z confirms the specifications of the GeForce RTX 3060 Ti, NVIDIA's second graphics card based on the Ampere GA104 GPU. The RTX 3060 Ti, which is apparently made by an HP partner, has 4864 CUDA cores and 80 ROPs.

The RTX 3060 Ti will have a base clock of 1410 MHz and a boost clock of 1665 MHz, both governed by software by default.

Kopite7kimi, a tipster who correctly predicted the specs of NVIDIA Ampere Gaming months before its release, now claims that NVIDIA is preparing a new GA102 GPU. The device is expected to have 7424 CUDA cores, 1536 more than the RTX 3070 and 1280 less than the RTX 3080. This SKU will supposedly have a 320-bit memory bus and 10GB of GDDR6X memory. According to Kopite, the new variant will be equipped with a GPU codenamed GA102-150.

It is unclear what the GA102-150-based graphics card model will be called. It could be a return to the RTX 3070 Ti part number. Originally, the 3070 Ti was going to feature a GA104 GPU with all CUDA cores enabled (6144), but new rumors suggest that the card will instead feature a larger GA102 GPU.
