Review: Playability
There are very few FPS shooters coming out these days. This year you can safely count them on your fingers. The release of Operation Flashpoint: Dragon Rising brought high hopes to shooter fans. But alas, the revolution did not happen. Before us is a typical military simulator, which has only some advantages over its competitor ARMA 2.

Among them we can highlight the more stable behavior of the game and the presence of some kind of, but still not very bad, plot. The downside, in our opinion, is the not very adequate behavior of the bots - both allies and opponents.

The game interface is pleasant, the menu is convenient. The battles are quite dynamic and intriguing. The sound component is excellent. Overall, the game will appeal to both shooter fans and hardcore simulator players. The unfolding of military operations looks quite decent, even despite the shortcomings in the gameplay.
Review: Game Graphics
Everything we were fed with in presentations and videos: beautiful landscapes, dynamic and spectacular battles, excellent character animation - all this can be safely crumpled up and thrown into the trash. It looks like we can only dream of a new graphical level in games. At least until the new generation of consoles sees the light.

Although the detailing and visual effects are performed at the proper level, all this causes some ambivalence. At some points in the game the graphics look quite acceptable, but at others they look downright terrible.

The only relief is the development of the surrounding vegetation, but the terrain is not a fountain, and the development of water is generally at the level of seven years ago.
Review: Resource-intensive game
For a comfortable game, you will need a dual-core Core 2 Duo 2,66 GHz processor and 2 gigabytes of RAM..

All video cards were tested at maximum graphics quality and with the Fraps program in the most resource-intensive part of the game. We tested video cards in the lower price segment at a resolution of 1024x768, we tested video cards in the mid-price range at a resolution of 1280x1024, and video cards in the upper price range were tested at a resolution of 1680x1050.
Testing at maximum Low End quality settings at 1024x768 resolution

Testing at maximum quality settings Midle End at 1280x1024 resolution

Testing at maximum High End quality settings at 1680x1050 resolution

It is clear that the game is demanding on the video card of your system unit. Of course, the requirements are not critical, but they are not minimal either. If anyone wants to play with the breeze, then they will fork out a little money.
Conclusion: If you are a fan of military simulators, then the game is definitely for you. Some action fans will also like it. But the game lacks a bit of a cinematic feel in relation to the plot. The graphics are also not the most advanced, but their requirements are not the latest.
