Microsoft introduces new pricing plans for Game Pass: Core, Standard and Ultimate
С on September 10 Microsoft subscribers will be able to choose from three new tariff plans Game Pass, which offer a variety of features and price levels. New to the plans are Game Pass Core, which replaces the old one Xbox Live Gold. Core provides access to online games and a catalog of 25 games, but without the ability to play new releases at launch. This solution is aimed at those who want to play multiplayer and pay less.
Game Pass Standard — a new plan that offers a larger catalog of games and access to online modes, similar to Core. However, like Core, this plan does not include Microsoft premieres. Those who want to get games from Microsoft's internal studios on the day they are released should choose Game Pass Ultimate.
Game Pass Ultimate includes all the features of Core and Standard, plus new game premieres, as well as additional bonuses such as a subscription to EA Play, content for Riot Games and discounts on games and add-ons. Microsoft positions Ultimate as the "complete gaming experience" on Xbox consoles.
