Delta Force: Black Hawk Down Will Get a Single Player Mode
Studio Team Jade is preparing an important update for the remake Delta Force: Black Hawk Down, which will finally allow you to complete the story campaign in full single player mode — without the need to connect to an online network or have other players in the lobby. Until now, even single missions required an online connection, since the campaign was launched via network multiplayer.
Previously, players complained that despite wanting to complete missions alone, they were forced to connect to the network, encountering lags, empty lobbies, or random partners. New single mode will eliminate this limitation: the player will be able to load the campaign completely autonomously, while the system will automatically adapt the behavior of enemies and gameplay for solo play.
Game designer Ricky Liao emphasized that the difficulty will not be artificially reduced — the main idea is to maintain tactical depth, but at the same time eliminate dependence on the presence of other people. The mode will be redesigned for a comfortable single-player game with an emphasis on personal strategy and freedom of action.
Additionally, the team continues to improve performance optimization and is finalizing the network multiplayer. A full-fledged single-player mode should appear in the next patches.
