Ubisoft acquires 1492 Studio

Ubisoft announces the acquisition of 1492 Studio, a studio that specializes in developing a series of free-to-play interactive novel games for mobile platforms. One of the most popular series is called “Is it Love?”. The company was founded in 2014, the office is located in France near Montpellier. 

"Is it Love?" is a series of games that is a story in which the player, by making choices, determines the development of events and influences the relationships of the characters. "Is it Love?" combines a captivating narrative, tasteful visuals and sophisticated design, making the game one of the top five most popular mobile simulators in France and top twenty in the US.
