Radeon RX 6800XT will be faster than RTX 3080
AMD Radeon RX 6800XT is an upcoming Navi 21 based graphics card based on the RDNA2 architecture. Various sources have already tried it and published their own test results:

Igor Vallossik shared data from two different sources (percentage comparison and score comparison). He claims that the data was obtained from tests conducted by system partners offering AMD and NVIDIA graphics cards (likely ASUS, MSI or Gigabyte).

The developer of the testing utility published initial data on the performance of Big Navi, without specifying which SKU. The SKU will supposedly offer 8% better performance than the RTX 3080 in Fire Strike Ultra, 4K test based on DirectX 11.
