NVIDIA completes acquisition of Mellanox
NVIDIA today announced it has completed its $7 billion acquisition of Mellanox Technologies. This deal, announced on March 11, 2019, brings together two global giants in the field of high-performance and data center computing. NVIDIA's computing expertise, combined with Mellanox's advanced networking technologies, will enable customers to improve performance and compute efficiency while reducing operational costs.
