iPhone 17 Pro with A19 Pro chip beats iPhone 16 Pro and approaches MacBook M4
Apple introduced iPhone 17 Pro with a new flagship processor Pro A19, which has already managed to demonstrate impressive results in synthetic tests. According to a fresh leak from the Geekbench platform, the device scored 3895 points in single-core mode and 9746 in multi-core mode, making it Apple's fastest smartphone to date.

For comparison, the indicators iPhone 16 Pro with A18 Pro chip were 3447 and 8576 points respectively. Thus, the increase in productivity reaches 13% in single-core tasks and 14% in multi-core tasks, which is especially important for working with resource-intensive tasks and new Apple Intelligence features. The built-in evaporative cooling chamber, first introduced in the iPhone, allows the chip to operate at peak performance for longer without overheating.
Of particular interest is the comparison with MacBook Pro based on M4, which demonstrates similar results in single-core tests. Although the laptop is still ahead in multi-core load due to the larger number of cores and effective cooling, the very fact that the smartphone has reached the level of desktop solutions indicates a serious leap in mobile technology.
