GeForce RTX 5060 Ti: NVIDIA is preparing two versions with 16 and 8 GB - release in April
NVIDIA is close to release new video card mid-range - RTX 5060 Ti, which is scheduled to debut in spring 2025. Although the release date is still kept under wraps, key technical specifications already indirectly confirmed to the manufacturers. The model is built on a graphics processor GB200-2000, and will be available in two modifications: with 16 GB и 8 GB video memory.
Both versions will have 4608 stream processors and will use a 128-bit bus. However, thanks to the high-speed GDDR7 memory with an effective frequency of 28 Gbps, the throughput will reach 448 GB/s. This increase should compensate for the limited bus and provide comfortable performance in modern games.
The clock speeds are 2407 MHz (base) and 2572 MHz (boost). The TDP is set at 180 W, slightly higher than its predecessor. Information on the power connector types indicates the presence of both 8-pin and more modern 16-pin versions, depending on the partner.
The RTX 5060 Ti is expected to slot between the 4060 Ti and the upcoming 5070 series, offering a good balance between power and energy efficiency. NVIDIA hasn't yet revealed pricing, but its competition with AMD in this segment makes it particularly interesting for gamers.
