AMD Ryzen 9800X3D to Increase Price by $30 Compared to 7800X3D
The rumors were confirmed: price new processor AMD Ryzen 9800X3D will be higher than its predecessor Ryzen 7800X3D. This was reported by insider Hoang Anh Phu, who published the information on the X-network. According to him, the price of 9800X3D will be 30 dollars higher than the 7800X3D. This will bring the processor's price to around 500 dollars, which matches earlier leaks.
The 9800X3D will have the same 8 cores and 16 threads as the 7800X3D, but will differ in significantly increased clock rates - base at 4,7 GHz and the ability to overclock to 5,2 GHz. During tests, this processor has already reached 5,6 GHz using PBO.
It does 9800X3D not only stronger in terms of gaming performance, but also significantly faster in synthetic tests.
