AMD positions Ryzen 7 9800X3D as an elite processor for gaming - first details and packaging design leaked

AMD is preparing to release its new processor Ryzen 7 9800X3D, which will become the flagship for the gaming segment and is focused on maximum gaming performance. This 8-core processor with 3D V-Cache promises to improve the gaming experience thanks to optimized work with one CCD (Core Complex Die) and one layer of cache.

According to AMD, Ryzen 7 9800X3D will become "the best processor for elite gaming." Recently, the channel Moore's Law is Dead has revealed the first details, including the packaging design of the new processor. The packaging has a stylish and premium look, emphasizing the processor's status as a high-end product.

Despite the fact that the processor Intel Core Ultra 200K will be available sooner, AMD is confident that its new solution will outperform competitors in terms of gaming performance. Marketing materials presented to partners indicate that the models Ryzen 9 9950X3D и 9900X3D will be released later.

AMD is also expected to launch a new game promotion along with the release Ryzen 7 9800X3D, which may include a game Call of Duty: Black Ops 6, however, there is no official confirmation yet.
